The SFEA Showcase is an opportunity for you to perform for festivals and events planners/organizers attending the SFEA Annual Conference from across the southeast. Showcase performances will be scheduled throughout the conference. Musical acts will perform no more than twenty minutes. Novelty acts will be scheduled to perform during general sessions, during lunch, at breaks, or other times during the conference. Artist will provide all stage equipment.
A committee of SFEA members will review all applications and select those that will perform. If you are selected, the fee is $125. Deadline for applications is December 15, 2017. Incomplete Showcase applications or applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Please complete your application carefully and submit in a timely fashion.
Artists will be notified of their selection status no later than January 15, 2018. If selected to perform, the artist/agency is responsible for the Showcase fee, which is due no later than February 2, 2018. The fee gives you the privilege of performing in the Showcase, your information will be listed in the conference program and listed for one year from the conference date in a vendor/entertainer directory on the SFEA web site.
When notified of your selection, you will receive your scheduled performance time and date.
