Different rates may apply. All current members of SFEA, memberships are renewed online. However, we understand that a few need to pay by check. Do not use this form. **If you fill out and mail the paper application, please mark the type of membership, but make a note of the special rate and send all checks for the prorated amount. Your invoice will reflect the prorated amount, even though the form doesn't. |
